1. PRICE CERTAINTY

If, up to 30 days after your purchase, you find your item cheaper with us or in another store, we will pay the price difference on a gift card.

What do you need to do?

In the unlikely event that you find the product you want cheaper with us or in another store after your purchase, please contact one of our home improvement stores or our customer service with your documentation.

The price must meet our simple conditions, which you can read below.

1.1 CONDITIONS:

  • The purchase date is the date you take physical possession of your item, which is considered the delivery or pickup date stated in your most recently updated order confirmation. If you pick up your item later than the date stated on the order confirmation, the date you pick up your item is of course the date of purchase.

  • You must contact customer service or in-store while the discounted price is in effect. Remember to bring your receipt or order confirmation.

  • Price protection does not include leftover lots, queue offers, opening offers, exhibition models, special orders and garden furniture etc. that are discounted at the end of the season. Price certainty also does not include services such as delivery services.

  • Applies to private purchases only.

2. PURCHASE PROCESS

When you make your purchase, you choose how you want your product to be delivered. It can be for pickup or delivery with MyConcept’s carrier.

2.1 COLLECTION

When you purchase an item at MyConceptt, you can choose to pick up your order in our store.

2.1.1 COLLECTION ORDER CREATED IN STORE

The pick-up address and time (date) is agreed upon at the time of purchase and is stated on the order confirmation, which will be sent to you by email. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your item is ready for in-store pickup, so you’re sure not to miss out.

If the pickup date is more than 14 days after the time of purchase, you will receive a status email from us one week before pickup.

The item is available for pickup for 7 days from the first ready message, after which the reservation is canceled. You will not receive any further information about this.

2.1.2 COLLECTION ORDER CREATED ON myconceptt.com

If you purchase an item on myconceptt.com, you can choose to pick up your item in our MyConceptt store. This means that in connection with your purchase, you become a customer of MyConceptt.

If the pickup date is more than 14 days after the time of purchase, you will receive a status email from us one week before pickup.

The item is available for pickup for 7 days from the first ready message, after which the reservation is canceled. You will not receive any further information about this.

2.2 DELIVERY BY CARRIER

You can choose to have your item delivered directly to your home with our carrier. The delivery address and time (date and 5-8 hour interval) is agreed upon at the time of purchase and is stated in the order confirmation sent to you by email. The day before delivery, you’ll receive an email at 3-hour intervals, and you’ll also receive a call from our drivers around the same time. ½ hour before your item arrives at the delivery address. If the delivery time is more than 14 days after the time of purchase, you will receive a status email from us one week before delivery.

With carrier deliveries, your goods are generally delivered to your doorstep within the day.

3. PAYMENT

Please note that there are different conditions regarding payment depending on whether you have purchased your item in one of our stores or in our webshop, myconceptt.com

3.1. PAYMENT WHEN BUYING ONLINE

All payment is secured by PensoPay Payment Service. This means that communication is encrypted so that neither MyConceptt nor anyone else can intercept your card and account information. Payment solutions are approved by the international card companies according to the new PCI (Payment Card Industry) certification. This is your assurance that you can shop with confidence on myconceptt.com.

In MyConceptt’s webshop you can pay with:

  • Thank you card

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • Visa Electron

  • MobilePay

If you pay with a MasterCard, Visa Electron or other debit/credit card (except Dankort), the amount will be reserved in your account according to your agreement with your card provider. The reservation will be canceled and the amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

If you cancel your order before the goods have been shipped, we will notify your card provider to cancel the reservation of the amount in your account at the same time. Please note that it is your card provider who is then responsible for canceling the reservation and that the amount may be reserved in your account for a period of one month plus 30 days depending on your agreement with your card provider – even if you have canceled your order with us.

You are welcome to contact MyConceptt Customer Service for more information about canceling an order or a reservation on your account.

3.2. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES IN STORE

MyConceptt accepts the following payment methods:

  • Thank you card

  • Visa/Debit card

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • Visa

  • Visa Electron

Cash payments can only be made in our store.

3.3 PAYMENT DEADLINE

We can only process your purchase once payment has been registered on the order. You must therefore make a precise agreement with your seller about payment and be aware that your order must be paid in full before we can deliver your item for in-store pickup or delivery to your home by carrier.

Please note that the payment must be registered with us no later than 4 business days before the agreed delivery time, regardless of which delivery method you have chosen (pickup or delivery).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the drivers when our carrier delivers the goods to your home.

4. CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

4.1. CONDITIONS FOR CURBSIDE DELIVERY

When you purchase your item, you can choose to have it delivered to your home by MyConceptt’s carrier.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the agreed delivery address and delivery time is correct and that you are home at the agreed time. If you are unable to be home, please contact our Customer Service at least 4 business days before the agreed delivery date.

If our driver has not arrived within the agreed time, you must also notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours.

4.1.1 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS OR TIME

If you want to change the time of a delivery, you can use the link in the email you received with your order confirmation. If you have any other changes, please contact our Customer Service.

Changes to the delivery address or time of delivery must be made no later than 4 working days before the agreed delivery time. If you change your order later, we will unfortunately have to charge a new delivery fee and you will have to expect extra delivery time.

In case of a change, you will receive a new, updated order confirmation from us.

4.1.2 Delivery with carry-in

We deliver your goods to the location at the address you have specified – provided there is free passage. Therefore, before we deliver your items, please ensure that there is free and unobstructed access to the area of your home where your furniture will be placed. This means that the goods can pass through stairwells, doorways, entrances and the like. If we are unable to deliver the item due to space constraints and the item must be returned, we will withhold the delivery fee and a delivery fee will also be charged for any redelivery.

If unpacking the goods to facilitate carrying is accepted, this is at your own risk. For items purchased in our home stores, unpacking will void the return policy. See the section on Right of withdrawal and exchange .

Please note that for regulatory reasons, our drivers are not allowed to remove their shoes during delivery. It is therefore a good idea to cover the floor, and this should be done before the drivers arrive at the address. MyConceptt cannot be held liable for any cleaning of flooring/carpets due to inadequate or missing coverings.

4.1.3 CURBSIDE DELIVERY – WITHOUT CARRYING

Your furniture will be delivered and placed at the first door at street level or at the first obstacle on the carrier’s path from the car to the street door. An obstacle could be a staircase or a narrow doorway that the furniture can’t get through. With this delivery method, your furniture is delivered unassembled and in packaging.

4.1.4 DAMAGE TO CONTENTS/DWELLING

If your belongings or home are damaged during the delivery, you must note this on the consignment note/delivery note before the drivers leave the address.

4.1.5 CHECKING THE GOODS

If the packaging is damaged on delivery or shows visible signs of defect, you must acknowledge receipt on the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents. Alternatively, you can refuse to accept the goods. If the transport damage is only discovered later, you must file a complaint as soon as possible and within a reasonable time.

4.1.6 FAILED DELIVERY

If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, we will take your item back to our central warehouse and you will be charged an extra delivery fee and extra delivery time for a new delivery.

4.3. CONDITIONS WHEN PICKING UP GOODS

If you buy your item in a home improvement store, you can choose to pick up your item in our store.
Please pick up your item as soon as possible after you have received an email from us that it is ready for pickup. If you are unable to pick up your item within 20 days of receiving the ready notification, please contact us to make an appointment.

4.3.1 CHANGE OF PICK-UP TIME

Changes to the pick-up date must be made no later than 4 business days before the agreed date. In case of a change, you will receive a new updated order confirmation from us.

4.3.2 CHECKING THE GOODS

It is important that you check that the packaging and the goods are intact when picking up goods in the store. By signing the delivery note, you agree that the goods are in good condition and no claims for transport damage can be made afterwards. You are of course welcome to open the packaging and check the item before you leave the store.

5. FREIGHT AND DELIVERY SERVICES

Please note that there are different delivery services depending on whether you buy in our store or in our webshop myconceptt.com.

5.1 WE ONLY DELIVER TO ADDRESSES IN DENMARK

The below delivery services and prices only apply within Denmark, i.e. on Zealand, Jutland, Funen, Bornholm and islands. Not valid in Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

It is important to make a precise agreement on delivery in connection with the purchase, as the chosen delivery service must be included in the order to be valid.

5.2 DELIVERY TO STORE: 0 KR.

When you shop in our store or in our webshop, you can choose to have your order delivered to our store. We will then notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

5.3 FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER 3.000 KR.

When you place an order of $3,000 or more in our store or on myconceptt.com, MyConceptt offers free curbside delivery.

6. CANCELLATION

Of course, you can always choose to cancel the part of your order that is significantly delayed, but compensation will only be paid if the goods are delivered. A significant delay is over 3 weeks.

6.1 FORCE MAJEURE

If special circumstances arise that generally prevent us from meeting the delivery time, we can invoke force majeure. Examples include strikes, snowstorms and fire.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

Return your purchase at any time. At MyConceptt, it’s easy to return and exchange your items if you change your mind. We will refund the full amount – without time limit – on items that are returned with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order number. This applies whether the goods are purchased in our physical store or online at myconceptt.com.

However, there are a few exceptions and conditions to be aware of:

-If your purchase is made to measurements provided by you, there is no cancellation or return policy.

-If you have purchased a piece of furniture in our physical store or on myconceptt.com that is listed as a special order, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged upon return. We charge this cancellation fee because your ordered furniture is custom-made according to your wishes and because we cannot resell the furniture at the same price afterwards

-You may try the product at home in the same way as you would in the store, but you may not use the product. If the item has been tried on beyond what you would do in the store, we consider the item as used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

-Items purchased on consignment, e.g. exhibition models or items purchased outlet are not covered by the right of withdrawal and exchange.

Advice on how to deal with regret:

We recommend that you save the original packaging and return the item in the original packaging. If you return an item that is damaged or used in a way that significantly reduces its value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund. You bear the risk of the package/goods until we have received them.

Be aware that you need to be careful when assembling and/or disassembling your furniture. Damage to the product can mean that the value of the product is reduced, which can affect how much of the purchase price you can get back.

1. HOW TO MAKE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

If you wish to cancel or exchange one or more items, you must contact us as soon as possible by visiting our physical store in person or by contacting customer service. You can also choose to return the item to MyConceptt. In this case, please fill out our standard withdrawal form and attach it to the item you wish to return.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service at 50231112 or send an email to Customer Service: info@myconceptt.com 1.1 Returns of goods picked up in store or delivered by carrier:

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the item in question to our physical store. The address of our physical store is: Lundvej 54, 1st floor, 8800 Viborg.

If you would like the item to be picked up by our carrier, please contact customer service for more information. The cost of returning furniture is expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 749, which will be offset against the value of your returned goods. Please note that when picking up by carrier, the goods must be separated and securely packaged.

If the item’s original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item, so if you want to be sure to get a full refund, we recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

2 REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT:

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal on the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you – including delivery costs. However, reimbursement of delivery costs does not apply in the event of partial withdrawal. Refund of delivery costs also does not apply to additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to cancel your purchase. The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly instructed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned the goods by then.

3 PARTIAL UNDO:

If you only wish to cancel parts of your purchase, the above conditions still apply. However, in case of partial cancellation, you will not be refunded the delivery costs

8. COMPLAINTS

Our terms and conditions for complaints are the same whether you have made a purchase in our store or on myconceptt.com.

As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, and the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s defect rules can be used for all purchases at MyConceptt.

Most of our products are made from natural materials that may need regular care and maintenance – otherwise it may affect the lifespan of the product and the warranty. You are always welcome to contact our staff for advice and guidance on proper care of your product. This way you can enjoy your furniture for as long as possible.

Please note that our furniture is not made for commercial use, where the wear and tear on the furniture is expected to be more severe than in private use. If the furniture is used for business purposes, the purchase is therefore not covered by the warranty.

8.1 IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT

If you receive a product with defects or deficiencies, this will generally be rectified by repair or replacement of the spare part. Alternatively, we will replace the item or parts of it, provided that this does not cause MyConceptt disproportionate costs.

As some of our products are custom-made, please allow 4-6 weeks for a possible repair to be completed, although we will of course always try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

8.2 DO YOU WISH TO COMPLAIN

If you have been unfortunate enough to receive a defective product that you wish to complain about, we can provide you with the best possible service.

Complaints are received in our Customer Service and you will receive an email at the same time. We will process your complaint as soon as possible.

The following must be met in order for us to process your complaint:

  • You must bring the fault/defect to our attention as soon as it occurs/is discovered.

  • The item must be within the warranty period.

  • The fault must be clearly described and images must be attached

  • The item must have been treated properly and maintained correctly. It is your responsibility to investigate and comply with maintenance needs. Misuse of the product or inappropriate use is neither covered by the general sales law.

If we refuse to process your complaint or reject the complaint and you disagree with this decision, you should know that you can file a complaint with the House of Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for the House of Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can take your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

It is generally a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. You will have to pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

You can also use the European Commission’s online complaint portal ODR to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in an EU country other than Denmark. File a complaint here http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you complain, please provide our email address
